Role & responsibilities

The Sr.Executive/Assistant Manager Administration will oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, ensuring smooth functioning of office processes, facilities, and support services. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office operations, including reception, office supplies, and facility management.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office maintenance and other requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.

Support HR with onboarding, employee records, and other administrative requirements.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management.

Assist in budgeting and cost control for administrative activities.

Organize internal events, meetings, and official travel arrangements.

Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelors /Post Graduate -degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

38 years of experience in administration or office management, preferably in a corporate setting.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.

Desired Skills:

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Team management and leadership skills.

Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.

Knowledge of HR, Administartion, finance, and statutory compliance is a plus
