Reports To: Manager - Accounts & Finance

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts (General Ledger, AR, AP).
  • Handle daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
  • Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
  • Process invoices, expense reports.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Maintain all accounting records and documentation in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support tax assessments and audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B. Com
  • 3 years of minimum experience in accounts & finance.
  • Knowledge of Tally.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
