Hiring for Sr. Accountant Executive

Experience :- 4 To 5 Year

Salary :- 30K To 40K In hand Per Month

Location :- Mumbai (Andheri)

Qualification :- B.Com / M.Com preferred

Strong knowledge of GST / TDS / PF / ESIC compliance

 Good analytical & reconciliation skills

 Eye for detail and accuracy in numbers

 Strong communication & documentation skills

 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities :-

Certification in Accounting / GST / Tally Prime (Preferred)

 Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounts in manufacturing / EPC

industry

 Proficient in Tally Prime & Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot etc.)

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reconciliation

Perform daily bank reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies.

Conduct monthly vendor reconciliations and ensure timely closure of outstanding balances.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation.

Statutory Compliance (GST & TDS)

Ensure 100% timely and error-free GST and TDS returns and submissions.

Reconcile GST data with books and portals; manage notices and follow-ups.

Maintain compliance calendars and statutory records.

MIS & Reporting

Prepare and submit MIS reports before the 1st working day of each month.

Provide variance analysis, schedules, and management reports as required.

Audit & Controls

Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Respond to audit queries with accurate data and documentation within timelines.

Support implementation of controls and process improvements.

Coordination & Support

Liaise with vendors, banks, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
