Job Title: BI Solution Developer

Function: Looker, SQL, Snowflake, Data Analysis, Data Warehousing, DevOps, Agile

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: FTE

Key Responsibilities

  • Looker Development & Administration
  • Must have strong SQL skill
  • Design and develop LookML models, explores, dashboards, and workflows in the Looker platform.
  • Implement persistent derived tables (PDTs), caching policies, version control, and perform code quality assessments.
  • Utilize SQL Runner for data validation and ensure accuracy of reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain and administer Looker as the primary BI tool and promote its effective use across the organization.
  • Investigate and optimize query performance for enhanced user experience.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and adopt data integrity processes, self-service analytics frameworks, and strong data governance practices.
  • Build strong KPI-focused relationships with product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Guide and mentor peers on BI tools, data analytics processes, and project best practices.
