We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Developer
with strong expertise in
CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics)
to build scalable CRM solutions and advanced analytics dashboards.

Role : Salesforce Developer

Experience : 8+ Years of relevant experience

Client : IBM

End Client : Shell

Availability : Immediate Joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize
    Salesforce applications
    using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
  • Build and manage
    dashboards, datasets, dataflows, and recipes
    in CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
  • Integrate Salesforce with
    Tableau, Looker, and Istine Analytics
    for enterprise reporting and visualization.
  • Develop optimized
    SOQL/SOSL queries
    and manage complex data modeling within Salesforce.
  • Automate business processes using
    Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
    .
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable Salesforce + Analytics solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to
    security, performance, and best practices
    across Salesforce and BI tools.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in
    Salesforce Development
    (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura).
  • Hands-on with
    CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics)
    dashboards & datasets.
  • Proficiency in
    Tableau, Looker, and Istine Analytics
    for advanced reporting.
  • Expertise in
    Salesforce APIs, SOQL, SOSL, and integrations
    .
  • Knowledge of
    user management, profiles, roles, and permission sets
    .
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD, deployments, and version control
    .
