Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Looker Developer to design, develop, and maintain data models and dashboards using Looker. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain LookML models to support business reporting and analytics needs.


• Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports in Looker.


• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and performance.


• Optimize Looker models for performance, including caching and data modeling best practices.


• Manage version control using Git and participate in code reviews.


• Provide training and support to end-users on Looker functionalities.

Required Skills:


• Proficiency in LookML and Looker platform.


• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.


• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.


• Experience in data visualization and dashboard design.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Google BigQuery or Snowflake.


• Knowledge of data governance and best practices.
