Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory & Stock Management

  2. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock in the warehouse.

  3. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system data.

  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations and sales teams for replenishment.

  5. Ensure all products are properly labeled, coded, and stored under prescribed standards.

  6. Warehouse Operations

  7. Supervise daily loading and unloading activities for Malaki products.

  8. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse.

  9. Optimize warehouse space and ensure systematic stacking of finished goods.

  10. Oversee material movement and storage to prevent damage or product loss.

  11. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

  12. Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.

  13. Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, and gate passes before dispatch.

  14. Track shipments and ensure customers receive accurate and timely deliveries.

  15. Handle product returns and damaged stock documentation.

  16. Documentation & Reporting

  17. Maintain up-to-date records of receipts, issues, and stock transfers.

  18. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.

  19. Ensure proper documentation for internal audits and compliance.

  20. Team Supervision & Coordination

  21. Supervise warehouse helpers, loaders, and drivers.

  22. Plan and assign daily tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

  23. Coordinate with operations, procurement, and sales teams to fulfill dispatch requirements.

  24. Safety & Compliance

  25. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, hygiene, and statutory norms.

  26. Monitor stock handling to minimize breakage and wastage.

  27. Report any incidents, discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly to management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory management systems. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheet.

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.

  • Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Qualification & Experience:

Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution management.
