Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Child Psychologist as a Learning Support Assistant, located in Bengaluru. The role includes providing hands-on support to neurodiverse students in educational settings, conducting psychological assessments, and designing individualized support plans. Responsibilities also involve working closely with families and educators to implement strategies that promote both academic and emotional development. The candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering inclusive classroom environments and ensuring the holistic development of each child they support.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health
  • Experience with Psychological Testing and assessment
  • Knowledge of Family Therapy and related therapeutic approaches
  • A background in Medicine or child development fields is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Compassionate approach to working with children and families
  • Master's degree in Psychology or relevant fields preferred
