Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end visa processing operations, including documentation, application submission, and follow-up with consulates/embassies.
- Ensure compliance with visa requirements and regulations across different countries.
- Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and communicate updates to clients or team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any issues related to visa processing.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency within the visa processing unit.
- Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visa operations or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of visa processing guidelines and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in handling multiple tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
