- Job Overview. As a Business Development Executive at Dynamic Education Consultants, you will play a vital role in driving the companys growth by identifying and securing partnerships with educational institutions such as colleges, universities, and schools. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understand their requirements, and promote our services to help students achieve academic success through our study abroad programs and IELTS coaching.
- Key Responsibilities. Strategic Partnerships:Identify and establish partnerships with colleges, universities, and schools to promote Dynamic Educations study abroad programs and IELTS coaching services.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as deans, principals, counselors, and academic coordinators at partner institutions.
- Outreach & Engagement:Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage new partners and strengthen existing relationships.
- Presentations & Proposals:Present Dynamic Educations value propositions through in-person meetings, webinars, and presentations to potential partner institutions.
- Negotiation & Agreements:Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with educational institutions that align with the companys objectives.
- Collaboration with Marketing:Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials that cater to the needs of educational partners.
- Market Analysis:Monitor and analyze market trends in the education sector to identify partnership opportunities and potential challenges.
- Partnership Tracking:Maintain a detailed and organized database of partner institutions, tracking the progress of each partnership and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Reporting:Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership development progress, market insights, and new opportunities.
- Qualifications. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of the education industry, particularly in study abroad programs and IELTS coaching.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required for meetings and presentations.
