About the Role

Squirrel Group LLC is looking for a forward-thinking Digital Marketer who understands how to create high-impact content using AI, automate marketing workflows, and drive measurable results on social media.

This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just use AI tools—but knows how to think, prompt, automate, and execute marketing strategies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Content Creation

  • Create engaging social media content (reels, carousels, static posts, captions) using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.
  • Convert raw ideas into publish-ready content while maintaining brand voice and human tone.
  • Use AI for content ideation, hooks, scripts, captions, and hashtags.

Marketing Automation

  • Automate repetitive marketing tasks such as content scheduling, email flows, lead nurturing, and basic reporting.
  • Build and manage workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or HubSpot.
  • Design AI-assisted content calendars and execution plans.

Social Media Strategy & Research

  • Research current social media trends, competitors, and best-performing brands.
  • Identify what content works today across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Use AI to analyze engagement metrics and optimize content strategy.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Clearly communicate AI-driven ideas to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Take feedback constructively and refine content accordingly.
  • Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and business teams to support branding and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing and content creation.
  • Proven understanding of social media marketing and automation workflows.
  • Ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
  • Experience in prompt engineering or AI-assisted workflows is a strong plus.

Proof of Work (Mandatory)

Candidates must be able to show evidence of:

  • AI-generated or AI-assisted content (links, screenshots, portfolios).
  • Automated marketing processes they have implemented.
  • Measurable results (engagement, leads, reach, conversions).
