We’re seeking a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Expert who leverages AI and automation
to supercharge growth, efficiency, and creativity. In this role, you’ll not only create and
execute traditional marketing campaigns but also design, implement, and optimize AI-driven
workflows that elevate content personalization, audience insights, and campaign

**Responsibilities**:

- **AI-Powered Content Strategy**:

Meta Ads, and programmatic channels using AI-based bid management and
audience targeting.
- Leverage machine learning insights to dynamically allocate budget, A/B test

creatives, and predict ROI.
- **Automated Social Engagement**:

- Lead social media efforts by setting up AI chatbots, automated scheduling,

and sentiment analysis to foster brand engagement and community growth.
- Utilize social listening platforms to detect trends and tailor content in real time.
- **Advanced Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs using AI- powered analytics suites.
- Implement predictive modeling to forecast campaign performance and

customer lifetime value.
- **Team Leadership & AI Upskilling**:

- Manage a team of in-house marketers, freelancers, and interns—training

them on AI and automation best practices.
- Liaise with vendors or agencies to integrate emerging AI marketing tools and

platforms.
- **Innovation & Continuous Learning**:

- Stay ahead of marketing and AI trends, evaluate new tools/techniques, and

pilot proof-of-concept projects.
- Document and share learnings to continuously improve processes and team

capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience & Expertise**:

- 3+ years in digital marketing, content strategy, or campaign management,

with demonstrable results.
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media

platforms.
- **AI & Automation Proficiency**:

- Practical experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Go High

Level, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, SEO, data analysis, and

campaign optimization.
- Skilled in prompt engineering, fine-tuning AI-generated outputs, and

integrating APIs when needed.
- **Technical & Analytical Skills**:

- Strong content writing and storytelling tailored to tech-savvy audiences.
- Comfortable with data analysis, A/B testing, and performance measurement.
