**Job Title: Klaviyo Expert - Retention Marketing**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including flows (welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, etc.).
- Optimize segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing strategies to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Manage deliverability, automation, and integrations within Klaviyo.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **Klaviyo** and retention marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and A/B testing.
- Experience with eCommerce brands is a plus.

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
