Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Senior Media Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing new business and managing key client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities, maintaining existing client accounts, and delivering tailored advertising solutions that meet client objectives and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and direct clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
• Create customized media proposals and marketing solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams (content, marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
• Track and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in media sales, advertising sales, or digital marketing sales.
• Strong understanding of media platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Established network of clients and agencies is a plus.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and media analytics platforms.
