Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to oversee and streamline our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in overseas job recruitment or experience working in a similar consultancy/company handling international hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term partnerships with clients by understanding and addressing their recruitment needs.
  • Candidate Deployment Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination of candidate departure to overseas locations, offering guidance on travel and any last-minute formalities.
  • Post-Deployment Support: Act as the primary point of contact to address any issues or challenges candidates face after joining their overseas roles.
  • Problem Resolution: Provide quick and effective solutions to issues related to clients or candidates.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams, HR, and support staff to ensure seamless operational execution and alignment of team objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards while maintaining client and candidate confidentiality.

Qualification & Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, specifically international / abroad job placement operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, HR Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and leadership qualities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
