We are seeking an experienced and purposeful Key Account Managers - Sales at multiple levels and roles to align our Sales initiatives with business objectives and needs.

At TNT, our sales team is the engine that drives our consumer reach in Creative and Comprehensive Turn Key solutions.

We are seeking a qualified sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives.

Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of the Storage Racking, Material Handling solutions and PEB,. They should also possess experience with handling large account Blue Chip Customers and their sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

We are seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.

Objectives of this Role

Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach

Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships

Set Sales Objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled

Manage month-end and year-end close processes

Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them

Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Exposure to selling Mechanical /Industrial Products comparable to Storage and Racking solutions to Businesses and Organizations.

Proven experience as a key account manager

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Proven success rate at levels above quotas

Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

Preferred Qualifications

Post Graduation in business administration, sales, or relevant field, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Design, Structure related)

3-15 years in sales management within a corporate setting

Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Superb leadership ability

Ability to travel, local and outstation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
