Job Description:

Hammonds Flycatcher is seeking a dedicated and experienced E-commerce Specialist to oversee our presence on various marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio, as well as manage our own website built on Shopify.

Responsibilities:

  • Order processing (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio)
  • Manage product listings, including content creation, optimization, and updates across multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve product visibility, and enhance brand presence on each platform.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and advertising efforts.
  • Ensure inventory levels are accurately maintained, and collaborate with the operations team to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform policies, and best practices to optimize e-commerce operations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • The Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
