Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Webvoom Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key creative role in designing visual content for digital marketing campaigns, website layouts, and branding projects. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and web development teams to produce high-quality designs that communicate brand messages effectively and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Design & Concept Development
  • Design visually appealing graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, banners, ads, and email templates.
  • Create website design elements such as layout mockups, icons, infographics, and UI/UX visuals.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas and concepts that align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
  • Website & Branding Support
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure design consistency and responsiveness across devices.
  • Design brand identity materials such as logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Collaboration with Teams
  • Work closely with the content and marketing team to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
  • Coordinate with clients or project managers to understand design requirements and deliver within deadlines.
  • Support digital campaigns by providing quick-turnaround visuals when needed.
  • Tools & Technical Skills
  • Use professional design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, and Canva.
  • Optimize graphics for web and digital platforms (file sizes, resolutions, formats).
  • Stay updated with current design trends, digital media formats, and UI/UX practices.
  • Quality & Deadlines
  • Deliver error-free, high-quality creative work on schedule.
  • Ensure designs meet brand and project objectives before final submission.
  • Continuously refine and improve visuals based on feedback.

Key Skills & Qualities:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects preferred)
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and design principles
  • Understanding of digital marketing visuals (ads, social media, web banners)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Performance Indicators:

  • Quality and creativity of delivered designs
  • Timeliness in meeting project deadlines
  • Contribution to marketing performance and brand appeal
  • Client or internal team satisfaction with design output

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
