**Job Overview**:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for translating strategic marketing goals into visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms. You’ll collaborate with content creators, marketers, and other designers to build consistent, on-brand visual assets that elevate our message and connect with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign strategies with compelling visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
- Work closely with the content and product teams to create assets for promotions, product launches, and internal communications.
- Assist in creating templates and style guides to streamline future design work.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve output.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other design tools a plus.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to interpret marketing needs and translate them into visual concepts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, especially for marketing campaigns.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Basic video editing or motion graphics experience.
