**Job Title**: Graphic Designer (Social Media & Website)

**Location**: Lucknow
**Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: 10,000/Month - 18,000/Month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Design**: Create visually stunning content tailored for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), including posts, ads, banners, and infographics that align with our brand voice.
- **Website Graphics**: Design and update web visuals such as banners, sliders, icons, product images, and landing pages to ensure a seamless user experience and consistency across the site.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs reflect our company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency in colors, fonts, and overall design across all platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, content, and web development teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals on time.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices for both social media and web design to ensure our graphics are fresh, relevant, and innovative.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in **social media design** and **website graphics**.
- Proficient in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
- Experience with web design principles and tools (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required).
- Understanding of social media platforms and the types of content that perform well on each.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
