Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Pune. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling sales operations. Daily tasks include maintaining communication with clients, overseeing order processing, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, preparing reports, and providing support for promotional activities.
