Asst Operations Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the process after the sale order finalization, ensuring proper job sheet completion by the Design and Tenders Dept, confirming specifications with the client, and forwarding the details to the Production Department. Additionally, you will represent the client, troubleshoot any issues (including traveling to multiple locations), provide status updates to the client, visit sites daily, monitor the site supervisor, collect reports from the supervisor, and submit them to the General Manager Operations. This role involves frequent traveling on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Gather details from the Business Development Team after finalizing the sale order. - Ensure proper job sheet completion by the Design and Tenders Dept. - Meet with the client to confirm final specifications and obtain approval. - Represent the client and handle troubleshooting, including traveling to various locations. - Provide status updates to the client. - Visit sites daily to monitor progress. - Supervise the site supervisor. - Collect reports from the supervisor and submit them to the General Manager Operations. - Report day-to-day activities to the management. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in project management or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. - Willingness to travel extensively on a daily basis.
