Organization A new brand in the Cosmetics industry, part of an established business house, specializing in the manufacturing of natural skin and hair care products. They have set up a brand new factory in Hyderabad. Role
  1. Production Planning: Create production schedules and plans, based on sales forecasts and inventory levels. Monitor production processes to ensure ontime delivery and optimal resource utilization. Implement and enforce SOPs to maintain consistent product quality and safety..
  2. Continuous Improvement: They are responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and efficiency. This could involve adopting new technologies, optimizing workflows, or improving training programs for production staff.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Production managers need to work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure that production aligns with overall business objectives and customer demands.
  4. Reporting and Documentation: Document all production processes, adhering to industry regulations and internal compliance requirements. Ensure accurate and uptodate documentation in line with regulatory standards. Utilize ERP systems to track and manage productionrelated data effectively.
  5. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of longterm business strategies and goals. Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
Candidate
  • 6 years of experience in production
  • Currently working as a Manager or Asst. Manager in the Pharma or Cosmetics industry, handling production
  • Aware of quality norms, compliance standards
  • Familiarity with natural, Ayurveda, or herbal cosmetics production preferred
  • Good knowledge of Quality and Process improvement programs
  • Those who are currently living in Hyderabad preferred
