We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process for our medical electronics devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management within the medical electronics industry, with a focus on efficiency, quality control, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all production practices and develop efficient production schedules.
  • Manage and allocate material and human resources to meet production demands.
  • Select and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supervise product standards and implement rigorous quality control programs.
  • Liaise with various departments, including procurement and external suppliers, to prevent production delays.
  • Supervise and motivate production employees, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in production management, specifically within the medical electronics equipment manufacturing sector.
  • Education: B.Tech or B.E. in Electronics or a related stream.

This is a key leadership role, and we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about contributing to the advancement of medical technology.
