Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to drive online growth, someone with a strong track record in campaign management, strategy implementation, and delivering measurable results.

Desired Competencies :

  • Experience generating IT project leads (WordPress, .NET, Java, PHP, React)
  • 1+ year managing high-budget Google, Facebook & LinkedIn ad campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media marketing channels
  • Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript for SEO
  • Familiarity with demand-generation platforms, marketing automation, and analytics (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics)
  • Creative, analytical thinker who uses data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication, project management, and ability to work collaboratively

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Run and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms
  • Execute outbound lead generation and follow-ups
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and ROI metrics
  • Collaborate with sales, content & cross-functional teams
  • Maintain forecasts and regular performance reports
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships

Preferred:

  • Experience working with international clients (US/UK/EU).
  • Understanding of software development services or IT products.
