Telesales / Lead Generation Specialist

The recipients of our services are clients from the Oil & Gas industry, petrochemical plants, cellulose and pulp mills, waste to energy plants and the nuclear industry.

Your responsibilities?
- Conduct outbound calls to key industry stakeholders (EPCs, contractors, asset owners)
- Identify and qualify opportunities for Weld Overlay and High Velocity Thermal Spray (HVTS) services
- Schedule introduction calls and meetings for the regional sales team
- Maintain CRM data, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
Our expectations:
- Engineering background (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Materials, Production, Industrial or similar)
- Competent in spoken and written English
- Strong communication and professional phone presence
- Organized, proactive, and target-driven
- Experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with Weld Overlay, CRA materials, or HVTS coating systems is an advantage
- Prior B2B telesales / lead generation experience essential
