Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Vadodara. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, training team members, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, generating leads, and promoting our range of industrial valves and services.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
