About the role:

We are seeking a 
results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist
 to manage and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple digital channels — including SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing — with a strong analytical mindset to optimize performance.

You'll be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

1. Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels — Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (PPC, Display Ads, Remarketing) with strong ROI focus.
  • Create, execute, and monitor end-to-end SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO).
  • Develop and manage content strategies for website, blogs, and social media platforms.

2. Social Media & Branding

  • Plan monthly social media calendars aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage organic and paid campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
  • Work with the design team to create creative and consistent brand visuals.

3. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track, measure, and report the performance of all campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend studies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

4. Content & Communication

  • Collaborate with content writers for SEO-driven, engaging, and conversion-oriented content.
  • Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Support in creating marketing assets like emailers, landing pages, and ad creatives.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the design, sales, and development teams for campaign alignment.
  • Support product and brand launches through digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Expertise in Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaigns.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in SaaS / B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven campaign management.
