Leading diagnostics center actively looking for a Customer Support Executive in Chennai location
Role: Tele Calling Tamil/English (No Target)
No. of Openings: 5
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher or 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Tele-calling/Customer Support process.
Salary: INR INR 20000/Month (Based on experience)
Shift: Rotational Shift
Shift Timings: 6am - 3pm | 12.30pm - 9pm | 9pm - 7am (No night shift for female candidates)
Job Location: Greams road, Thousand Lights, Chennai
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Basic system knowledge
Job Summary:
- Handling incoming calls from patients, addressing their inquiries, and providing information about offered services and procedures.
- Making outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments, confirm appointments, or provide reminders about upcoming appointments.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- To coordinate with internal team for service booking confirmations and patients reports follow-up.
- Keeping detailed records of all patient interactions and any relevant information for future reference or reporting purposes.
Only immediate joiners are required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
