
Strategic Manager Biologics

Role Summary :
Since Biologics suggests specialized or high-value products (e.g. biologic therapies, biotech devices, biologic-integrated medical devices), this role will define strategy, partnerships, and growth initiatives in this vertical under the Sales_Dextra division.
Key Responsibilities :
- Formulate business strategy for the biologics / biotech-related product line
- Analyze market, regulatory, reimbursement, and competitive scenarios
- Identify and onboard strategic partners, distributors, or alliances
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for product development, regulatory, and clinical validation
- Engage Key Opinion Leaders, institutions, and biotech stakeholders
- Drive sales and marketing campaigns, demand generation, and positioning
- Monitor performance, prepare forecasts, and optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. biologic / biotech, class / regulatory distinctions)
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Masters / advanced degree in biotechnology, life sciences, biomedical, or related field
- 8+ years in biotech / biologics / medical device / specialty product management or business development
- Strong domain knowledge of biologics, molecular diagnostics, or biotech therapies
- Deep relationships with KOLs, research institutions, and biotech stakeholders
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills

- Partner / alliance performance
- Time to market / product adoption in niche segments
- ROI on strategic initiatives
- Clinical and regulatory milestones achieved
Reporting & Stakeholders :
- Reports to Divisional Head or Business Head
- Stakeholders: R&D, regulatory, clinical, external partners .
