Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive HR professional with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and well-being programs.
- Address employee grievances and ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage the performance appraisal process.
- Work with department heads to set performance goals and track employee progress.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures as per industry best practices.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and employee orientation programs.
- Payroll & Compensation Management:
- Support payroll processing and maintain attendance & leave records.
- Handle employee benefits and compensation-related queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of HR experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the energy, manufacturing, or related sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
