We are looking for a dynamic
Client Servicing Manager
who can own client relationships, drive creative and digital communication projects, and ensure smooth coordination between the internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Strategy

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients across creative, digital, and communication verticals.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly social media plans aligning with brand goals.
  • Present strategies, reports, and creative pitches confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.

Creative & Social Media Management

  • Manage end-to-end social media strategy and execution for assigned brands.
  • Coordinate creation of posts, videos, campaigns, and brand collaterals (brochures, packaging, event creatives).
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, visual identity, and marketing calendar.
  • Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and design teams for ideation and execution.
  • Oversee quality control and approval process before sharing with clients.

Project Management

  • Plan timelines, deliverables, and ensure all campaigns go live as per schedule.
  • Bridge communication between clients, creative, content, and performance marketing teams.
  • Track project budgets, revisions, and approvals with accountability.
  • Handle multiple brands simultaneously with clear documentation and tracking.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports, insights, and future recommendations.
  • Work with the performance marketing team to align organic and paid campaigns.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and audience behavior to refine strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing, content marketing, and social media ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage creative feedback, revisions, and deliver polished client presentations.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign calendars, analytics dashboards, and reporting.
  • Creative judgment to evaluate visual & copy alignment.
  • Proficiency in tools like
    Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana
    preferred.

Qualification

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field.
  • Prior agency experience in
    digital marketing / creative communication
    is mandatory.
