Candidate Profile:

  • MBA with 12–15 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years in high-growth startups is a must
  • Demonstrated success in 0→1 journey and scaling from early to growth stages
  • Built and scaled agile, high-impact HR functions from the ground up
  • Purpose-driven leader with a strong focus on culture, scalability, and strategic people leadership
