About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in Odoo Accounting or Zoho ERP/Zoho Books. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, good analytical skills, and experience in day to day financial operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Accounting

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments).
  • Maintain general ledger entries in Odoo or Zoho Books.
  • Bank reconciliation and petty cash management.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Process vendor bills and customer invoices accurately.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
  • Verify vendor payments, maintain payment schedules, and ensure timely disbursement.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports.
  • Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.

Inventory & ERP Coordination

  • Reconcile inventory values with ERP data (if applicable).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate data entry in ERP.

Support to Senior Accountant

  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Provide financial data and reports as requested.

Required Skills

  • Must have: Experience using Odoo Accounting or Zoho Books/Zoho Finance ERP.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
  • Basic understanding of GST calculations, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Eligibility

  • Education: B.Com mandatory.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in accounting + experience in Odoo or Zoho ERP.
  • Experience in furniture/home furnishing industry is an added advantage (optional).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
