We are hiring for a leading Multinational Company (MNC) in ELECTRONIC CITY

, BANGLORE.

Position: Customer Support Associate --- International Voice

Work Mode: Onsite

Working Days: 5 days working (Rotational offs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international customers.
  • Deliver accurate solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and adhere to quality standards.
  • Document all interactions in compliance with process guidelines.

Eligibility:

For Experienced Roles (International Voice Process):

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
  • UG / Graduates --- FRESHERS can apply too.
  • Excellent English communication skills required.

For Freshers

  • UG / Graduates Freshers BOTH ARE eligible.
  • Excellent English communication skills required.

Salary & Benefits:

For Experienced: Rs 4.00 LPA 7.00 LPA + Performance Incentives.

For Freshers: Rs 3.00 to 5.00 LPA + Performance Incentives.

Up to 30% hike on current CTC for experienced candidates.

Both side cab facility provided.
