Payroll: 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

Work Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Experience & CTC:

  • 1 2 years: 30,000/month
  • 2 4 years: 40,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage potential IT candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and social networks .
  • Use Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing/future hiring needs.
  • Promote employer branding and engage with past applicants.
  • Maintain accurate candidate databases and sourcing reports.

Requirements Requirements:

  • 1 4 years of experience in IT sourcing/recruitment.
  • Strong exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and target - driven.
