Job Title: TPM Data Lead (Trade Performance Management)

Experience: 8- 15 years

Location: Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Lead to drive the implementation, integration, and optimization of Trade Performance Management (TPM) systems. The role involves designing scalable data architectures, leading integration initiatives, and ensuring data quality across enterprise systems like Salesforce TPM, Visualfabriq TPM, Vistex Fabric TPM, and related tools.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in data systems with strong business acumen in Trade Promotion Management and Revenue Growth Management.

Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Architecture

  • Design and implement robust data architecture for TPM systems.
  • Define and execute data integration strategies across ERP, CRM, and BI ecosystems.
  • Establish data governance frameworks and best practices for TPM data.
  • Define data quality metrics, validation rules, and continuous monitoring processes.

System Implementation & Integration

  • Lead end-to-end data migration and integration for TPM implementations.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless data flow between TPM and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, etc.).
  • Oversee data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
  • Manage Master Data Management (MDM) for customer, product, and promotional hierarchies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Design data models and analytical frameworks to measure trade promotion effectiveness.
  • Support development of dashboards and reporting solutions (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights to support decision-making.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead cross-functional data teams (engineers, analysts, BI developers).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate TPM requirements into data solutions.
  • Partner with vendor teams for Salesforce TPM, Visualfabriq, or Vistex implementations.
  • Mentor junior team members and build data capabilities across the organization.

Business Acumen

  • Deep understanding of FMCG / CPG trade promotion and retail data ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of trade allowances, rebates, promotional pricing, and ROI analysis.
  • Experience with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Channel Management strategies.
