We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in setting up and managing TPM (Trading Partner Management) scenarios within SAP BTP, along with a strong understanding of B2B/EDI integration patterns.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI)

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience with TPM (Trading Partner Management) in BTP

• Strong understanding of B2B/EDI standards – EDIFACT, X12, IDoc, etc.

• Experience in defining and managing Trading Partner Agreements

• Knowledge of integration flows (iFlows), message mappings, and exception handling

• Familiarity with API Management, Event Mesh, and other BTP services is a plus

Role- SAP FSCM

Location- Bangalore and Pune

Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP FCM and Finance AR modules for clients. Engage in the full lifecycle of SAP FSCM and AR implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP FSCM and Fiance AR providing expert guidance to clients and internal teams on best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions. Manage and configure FSCM processes Oversee the integration of SAP FSCM with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and SD, ensuring seamless data flow. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, guiding junior consultants through the implementation and configuration processes. Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and presentations to demonstrate SAP FSCM capabilities and solutions. Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, resources, and client expectations. Define and implement reporting and analytics solutions within SAP FSCM, leveraging tools like SAP Fiori, BW, and SAP Analytics Cloud. Drive continuous improvements in financial management processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities to leverage SAP's best practices and innovations. Manage risk and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices during project execution. Conduct fit to std workshop Nagvigate SAP std process steps using SAP signavio flow collect delta requirements Implement clean core concepts in FI finance workstream Define test cases based on delta requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience working with SAP finance modules, including FSCM Proven expertise in implementing and configuring SAP FSCM modules, Strong understanding of financial management processes, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling. In-depth knowledge of integration points between SAP FSCM and other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.). Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based financial management solutions is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Trained / Certified in S/4 HANA and should have implemented at least one S/4 HANA project.
• Manage a team of people across various modules in SAP with focus on re-engineering the business processes and migrating the business to a new instance.
• Responsible for deploying in various countries by coordinating between various teams in processes, IT, business and answering to various stakeholders.
• Managing resources across various functions including Data modelling and governance.
• Responsible for managing change with focus on training, resource management and facilitating volume analyses for the teams.
• Co-ordinating between the business stakeholders and the deployment teams and responsible for obtaining the 'go' decisions from the business before the new system processes are rolled out into the countries.
• Worked with team members in identifying the accounting and reporting needs of the organization and extensively configured the FI and CO modules for effective posting of transactions and created a capable payment program to enable seamless customer and vendor transaction processing.
• Developed FI/CO reporting solutions utilizing line display layouts, report painter and developed specifications for ABAP programs when needed and created custom reports and tables as required with regards to FI/CO configuration in line with client requirements.
• Handled comprehensive FI configuration that is required for the company and for the effective performing of CO module. Configured extensively the procedure of credit management and efficient reconciliation with general ledger of FI-AP and FI-AR sub modules
• Worked on S/4 margin analysis, Product costing, CO-OM-CCA, CO-OM-CEL, CO-PA, and EC-PCA sub modules to establish exemplary reporting and controlling platform for the company and integrated planning in COPA, versions layouts and assignments to company codes for both domestic and global ledgers
• Worked on the creation of cost estimates and cost objects in Product Cost Planning(CO-PC) and Cost Object Planning modules to track the actual direct costs and aid the company in period end closing.
• Worked closely with the MM and PP teams in the competent handling of the product costing mechanisms in Product Cost Planning and period end closing procedures in Cost Object Controlling.
• Aware of SAP S/4HANA Clean core concepts Education:
• CA/ICWA/CS is preferred.
• MBA (Finance accounting) / M. Com from a reputed University / College.
