Sales Engineer

Job Description:
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the machinery products being sold, including their features, specifications, and applications across different industries.
 - Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and industries that could benefit from the machinery products. Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
 - Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages of the machinery products.
 - Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients, including pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.
 - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and following up on sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
 - Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to machinery products. Use this information to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities for business growth.
 - Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales orders, and revenue projections. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
 - Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
 
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is essential, Degree or Diploma in Management is desirable
 - 3 to 5 year work experience in selling high value capital equipment. Working experience in MNC is preferred.

 - Good communication skills in English and at least one local language
