Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Marketing Specialist/Manager with expertise in innovative marketing strategies. This role will focus on driving business growth through direct customer acquisition and onboarding channel partners. The ideal candidate will excel at planning and executing of marketing campaigns, representing company at events and conferences, and aligning strategies to achieve B2B sales goals.

If you have experience in conventional or digital B2B Sales & marketing, preferably into Business Finance sector, wed love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Marketing Strategy:

o Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to generate business

o Conduct market research to identify key target businesses including SMEs, corporates, and distribution network.

o Design customized outreach initiatives to promote awareness & sales of Business Loans and Working capital Financing Products

2. Custom Outreach:

o Initiate cold-calling, email & social media campaigns to engage with potential business clients, distributors, and financial partners.

o Craft tailored outreach plans to connect with decision-makers in targeted industries.

3. Channel Partner Development:

o Identify and establish relationships with channel partners, such as financial advisors, professionals, brokers, Loan DSAs and wealth managers.

o Collaborate with partners to co-create marketing programs that drive product adoption and revenue growth.

4. Event and Conference Management:

o Organize events to showcase companys offerings

o Represent the company at events and seminars to foster partnerships and build brand credibility.

o Create Marketing Presentations, Brochures and Content.

5. Campaign Management:

o Execute marketing campaigns to enhance visibility of the company.

o Ensure all marketing materials effectively communicate the benefits of offerings of the company

6. Sales Enablement and Collaboration:

o Work closely to identify and convert high-value leads through marketing efforts.

o Align marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring a seamless customer acquisition process.

7. Performance Analysis:

o Track and analyze campaign success using metrics such as lead conversion rates, event attendance, and channel partner engagement.

o Present performance reports with insights and recommendations for improving marketing outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.

Experience:

o 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial services sector.

o Proven expertise in B2B marketing and lead generation

Skills:

o Marketing Skills

o Digital & Social Media Marketing Skills would be an advantage

o Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

o Good networking and relation building skills.

o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of financial software is an advantage.

Candidates residing within commutable from Andheri west station area of Mumbai and willing to join Immediately would be preferred.
