As a Business Development Executive (IT Domain), you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that generate leads and convert them into lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.
  • Online Lead Generation via Upwork, Freelancer, fiver Etc.
  • Should know LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent Analytical & communication Skills (written and oral)
  • Hire, onboard and train new team members in the sales team.
  • Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors.

Skills Required: Online Bidding, Upwork, Lead Generation, Client Interaction.
