
Business Development Executive

WillShall Consulting is an IT and digital services company, delivering solutions in SEO, SMM, Web Development, and Design. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in online bidding platforms and excellent communication skills to connect with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through online bidding platforms such as
Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH
. - Create and submit customized, well-structured business proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with international clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Work proactively to achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in
Business Development or IT/digital services sales
. - Strong understanding of
digital marketing services
(SEO, SMM, PPC) and IT solutions. - Experience in client communication and handling international clients.
- Excellent spoken and written
English communication skills
. - Familiarity with lead generation strategies and proposal writing.
