Role Description:

We are looking for a Proactive, technology familiar, Sales Candidate with excellent communication skills. Candidate should have experience in similar companies like Cashlink Global Systems that provides business solution to Fintech and Banks.


Requirement:


• Identify and develop new business opportunities in new regions in the International market and Exposure in Africa, East Asia will have added advantage.


• should have existing relationships with potential customers and partners in the region specified.


• Responsible for new business acquisition through open market.


• Irrespective of customer requirement, need to Prepare and deliver presentations to customers in the initial stage.


• Generating leads independently by interacting with various regional partners & customers and convert these leads into proposals


• Need to follow up for deal Closure with best negotiation skills.


• Work closely with pre-sales and technology teams to create sales pitch, define entry strategy, door openers etc.


• Stay up to date on the latest banking technologies trends.

Candidate must possess:


•
Banking software sales Experience.


• Skills -Negotiation, Networking, Business intelligence , Communication and interpersonal


• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) – English and any other international language would be an added advantage


• Minimum 5+ years of experience in relevant banking Software sales, with a focus on the international market


• Strong understanding of the Banking landscape and the needs of customers


• Proven ability to close challenging deals.


• Self-motivated and results-oriented


• Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
