Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Head to oversee and strengthen our organization's IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on cybersecurity and email verification systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding company data, managing email authentication tools, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the IT department, including system administration, network security, and user support.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and breaches.
  • Manage and optimize email systems
  • Implement and maintain email verification and anti-phishing solutions.
  • Conduct regular IT audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure technology meets business needs.
  • Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and continuity planning.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of email security protocols
  • Experience with firewalls, antivirus software, SIEM tools, and vulnerability scanning.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms ( Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of secure email gateways and email deliverability best practices.
