We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our boutique startup team. As an early member of our design department, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and future collections. Youll work closely with the founders and creative team to design innovative, trend-forward pieces that align with our vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop original clothing designs, from concept sketches to final samples.
  • Research fashion trends, fabrics, and materials to inspire collections.
  • Create technical drawings, mood boards, and design presentations.
  • Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers, and production partners.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand aesthetics, customer needs, and seasonal direction.
  • Work within timelines to deliver seasonal collections.
  • Create techpacks

Qualifications

  • Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, etc.).
  • Understanding of garment construction, textiles, and fashion trends.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for boutique fashion, sustainability, and brand storytelling.
  • Preferably know how to use AI tools to create inspirations and designs
