Role Description

We are seeking a Pharma Quality Control Specialist/Assistant Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Amritsar location. Responsibilities include performing quality control tests, conducting analysis in laboratory environments, ensuring compliance with quality assurance protocols, and identifying areas for process optimization. Additionally, the specialist will maintain clear documentation and collaborate with other departments to uphold product quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills for testing, problem-solving, and data interpretation
  • Effective Communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with teams
  • Laboratory Skills, including equipment operation, sample preparation, and safety protocols
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with relevant regulations is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
