Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist in Zirakpur and Ghaziabad, India. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of hiring, interviewing, and recruiting candidates. They will also handle communication with potential candidates and clients, conduct training sessions, and support the overall recruitment process to ensure effective talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Communication skills
• Ability to conduct Training sessions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
