Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director located in Chennai. The Sales Director will spearhead sales efforts, manage day-to-day sales operations, oversee customer service strategies, and drive team performance. Responsibilities also include leading business development initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Service
  • Proven experience in Team Management and the ability to mentor and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in Business Development, including identifying new opportunities and expanding market presence
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategic sales plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the elevator or construction industries is a plus
