We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie Indian with 4 to 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and preparing Indian cuisine.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, and tandoori items.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie Indian in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach.
