Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹35,000 (In-hand)
Experience: Minimum 9–10 Years (Relevant in Bakery & Confectionery)

About the Role:

We are urgently seeking a Chef de Partie (CDP) or Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) specializing in Bakery and Confectionery to join our culinary team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise, creativity, and consistency in baking and confectionery production and must be able to deliver under pressure in a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and produce a wide range of bakery and confectionery items including breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods.

  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all products.

  • Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness standards are followed in the kitchen.

  • Coordinate with junior kitchen staff and provide training where necessary.

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 9–10 years of hands-on experience in professional bakery and confectionery kitchens.

  • Proven track record in creating high-quality baked and dessert items.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and perform under pressure.

  • Team player with leadership abilities for CDP-level candidates.

  • Sound knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
